Development of brands and visual identity
Digital marketing and advertising campaign management
Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) management systems
- Agreement: refers to these terms and conditions and any appendices or amendments that may be made thereto.
- Content: includes all information, data, text, graphics, images, audio, video, and other materials provided or used in the context of the Services.
- Applicable Laws: refers to all applicable laws, regulations and systems that govern this Agreement or the Services provided.
General Provisions
1. Customer Obligations:
- Providing Accurate Information: The Customer undertakes to provide MAVE with correct, current and complete information when requesting services, and to update it when necessary.
Compliance with Laws
- The Customer must use the services in accordance with all laws and regulations.
Account Confidentiality
- The Customer is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information, including username and password, and is accountable for all activities conducted through their account.
Communication and Cooperation
- The Customer undertakes effective communication and cooperation with the MAVE team during service execution, including providing the required information and materials promptly.
2. MAVE's Obligations
- MAVE is committed to providing the agreed-upon services efficiently and professionally, in accordance with high professional standards.
- MAVE complies with all applicable laws and regulations during service delivery.
- MAVE maintains the confidentiality of information and data provided by the Customer, and does not disclose it to any third party without prior written consent, except as required by law.
3. Prohibited Activities
- The Customer is prohibited from using the services for any of the following purposes:
- Any activity that violates applicable laws and regulations.
- Copying, distributing, or publishing any copyrighted materials without obtaining the necessary licenses.
- Using the services to send unsolicited messages or unauthorized advertisements.
- Attempting unauthorized access to other systems or networks, or distributing viruses or malicious software.
4. Amendments to Terms
- MAVE reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions from time to time.
- The Customer's continued use of the services after the amendments take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
5. Compliance with Laws and Regulations
- Both parties agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations governing this agreement.
- Both parties undertake to obtain all necessary permits and licenses to fulfill their obligations under this agreement.
6. Collection and Use of Information
- Personal Information: We may collect personal information from the customer when registering or requesting services, such as name, address, phone number, email, and payment information.
- Providing the requested services and executing agreements made with the customer.
- Processing orders and payments.
- Communicating with the customer regarding service updates or important information.
- Improving our services and personalizing the user experience.
- Complying with legal and regulatory obligations.
6.1 Data Protection
- Security: We take all appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
- Storage: Personal information is stored on secure servers, in compliance with data protection laws.

- No Sale or Rent: We do not sell or rent the customer's personal information to any third party.
